Who we are

No one should face a hard season alone.

Cornerstone Community Care was founded by Jerry and Nancy Jensen on a simple conviction: that every person deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and real help when life gets heavy. We're rooted in faith and open to all — whoever you are, whatever you're carrying, you're welcome here.
